EcoTrue is a subscription-based tender intelligence platform operated in India. We provide curated briefs on tenders relevant to NRM, climate, and sustainability consulting firms.

This policy applies to all users of ecotrue.in — including visitors, waitlist subscribers, and paid members.

• Account data: Name, email address, and organisation name when you register or join the waitlist.
• Usage data: Pages visited, tenders viewed, search queries, and session activity — used to improve the product.
• Payment data: Billing details processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Device data: Browser type, IP address, and approximate location for security and analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar, PAN, biometric data, or information about health, religion, or political views.

• To create and manage your account and subscription
• To deliver tender briefs, alerts, and platform updates
• To process payments and issue invoices
• To respond to queries and provide support
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse

We rely on contractual necessity and legitimate interest as the legal basis for processing, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We share your data only with third-party services essential to operating the platform — such as our database, hosting, and payment providers. All such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes — ever.

• Active account data is retained while your subscription is active.
• On cancellation, account data is deleted after 90 days.
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by writing to info@ecotrue.in.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@ecotrue.in. We respond within 30 business days.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Anonymised, non-personal analytics help us understand platform usage — you may opt out by contacting us.

By accessing or using EcoTrue you agree to these Terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

EcoTrue aggregates, curates, and summarises public tender opportunities relevant to NRM, climate, and sustainability consulting in India. Our briefs are:

• Summaries of source documents — not substitutes for original RFPs
• Provided on a best-effort basis — completeness is not guaranteed
• Not legal, financial, or bid advisory services

Always refer to the original tender document before submitting a bid.

• Starter: ₹399/month — full tender feed access for individuals.
• Pro: ₹699/month — includes alerts, L1 benchmarks, and team features.
• Billed monthly in advance. GST applicable as per Indian law.
• Cancel anytime; access continues to end of billing period. No partial-month refunds.
• Billing errors must be raised within 7 days at info@ecotrue.in.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use EcoTrue for internal business purposes. You may not:

• Share login credentials outside your licensed team
• Systematically scrape or bulk-download platform content
• Reproduce or resell EcoTrue content to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access systems beyond your authorised scope
• Use the platform in violation of applicable Indian or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All platform design, software, brief structures, and curation methodology are owned by EcoTrue (India) and protected under Indian copyright law. Source tender documents remain the property of the respective procuring agencies.

EcoTrue is provided "as is". We do not warrant that briefs are complete, accurate, or current. We are not liable for missed deadlines, bid outcomes, or losses arising from reliance on our summaries. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and writing to info@ecotrue.in. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, platform access ceases immediately. Clauses on IP, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagpur High Court. Before initiating proceedings, please write to info@ecotrue.in — we aim to resolve concerns within 30 business days.
